Season One launched as an Instagram Live series, creating a space for future healthcare professionals to hear directly from physicians and industry leaders. Conversations covered medical school, mentorship, and health equity, with live Q&As making each session interactive and insightful.
Season Two grew beyond Instagram, streaming on LinkedIn and YouTube Live to engage an even wider audience. With guests like Senator Dr. Gigi Osler and North York General CEO, Dr. Everton Gooden, discussions explored leadership, advocacy, and work-life balance in medicine, helping students and early-career professionals navigate the field.

This is our most recent series, patient empowerment by Dr. Onye Nnorom ("Dr. O") for patients, particularly racialized or ‘minority’ patients who struggle to navigate healthcare systems and/or have had negative experiences in healthcare.
This series is also designed to show diverse students within healthcare and aspiring future doctors, how to help patients achieve better health outcomes. Speaking out about patient Empowerment is an example of what Dr. O. calls “Healthcaring Differently” - she’s a Black woman, so she approaches healthcare differently by incorporating her lived experiences to creatively find ways to help all patients, especially those experiencing barriers due to racism and other forms of discrimination.
